How We Started
Thompson’s Appliance Service was originally founded in 1971 by husband and wife Jerry and Diann Thompson. Jerry took immense pride in his craft as an appliance repairman, while Diann did all the administrative work and cared for their four young children. It was truly a family-focused, homegrown business.
Through the years, Jerry would take his sons on service calls with him and taught them the importance of integrity, competence, and dependability. Today, Jerry and Diann’s children run the business while emphasizing these very same values. The famous Thompson family work ethic is stronger than ever.
Our Customers Always Come First
From day one, we’ve prioritized customer service and satisfaction. We plan out the entire day’s route for service calls, and once we have an approximate map and timeline, we call each individual customer to give them a specific window for when we’ll arrive.
