They were here when they said they would be, fixed my broken refrigerator, and we couldn’t be happier. Definitely recommend this company to anyone that needs an appliance fixed.

I called Thompson’s Appliance for service on our front-loading dryer which was screeching loudly every time I ran it. Craig Thompson came out the very next day, diagnosed it in a few minutes, and told me what it would cost to repair it. He took care of the repair and took the time to show me the worn out part, how it works, and why it was making the noise. I appreciated his efficiency, expertise, honesty, knowledge, and fair price. I highly recommend Thompson Appliance Repair; they have been in Arlington for many years and know what they’re doing!!

Just made a phone call to get estimate on microwave repair. Woman answered phone, stayed on the phone, polite and gave suggestions. I did not feel like I was an inconvenience to her – thank you! I will be sending my business this way from now on. Before I called Thompson’s, I tried a few other local appliance repair shops and I felt rushed to get off the phone, estimates are about 10% higher and lucky if I got a clear answer.1
